From Breville, I just adore the Breville BFP800XL Sous Chef Food Processor – a food processor that will not look out of place in a cozy or professional kitchen. It comes with two bowl sizes, a 16-cup and 2.5-cup, that also have two different sizes of feed chute. The smaller one will also double-up as a measuring cup, while the larger is equipped with a safety lock (it will not work if the large pusher is not fitted properly). In the box, there are also a range of accessories that can be kept into a plastic container for easy storage.
The food processor comes with five discs, one of is a modifiable slicing disc. With 24 different settings, you will be able to change the thickness of your slices with a simple twist.
Breville BSB530XL the All In One Processing Station
The Breville BSB530XL the All In One Processing Station is one of the newest kitchen appliance introduced by Breville. It is a hand held blender that is able to perform like a food processor with its multiple attachments. The immersion blender base is used as a motor for the food processor so that you will be able to chop, dice, mash and slice thanks to the three types of blade; the S-blade, the Variable Slicing Disc and the Reversible Shredding Disc.
The best part about this model is that you can use the immersion blender to blend your food directly into larger pots. It comes with two attachments. One can be used to mash food so that you can make mash potatoes, guacamole or process your baby’s food. The second attachment is a whisk head – capable of incorporating air into your ingredients. I think it fluff egg whites into the perfect meringue.
Additionally, cleaning this set is easy as they are dishwasher safe. Well, everything except the motor base and gear boxes. Just wipe them down with a wet wash cloth.
